• Co-ordinating internal & external events (conferences, meetings and investigator meetings)including travel, accommodation and venues. • Management of 26 hospital sites clinical trial stock over a 5 year trial• Maintaining filing systems for clinical trials and operations to ensure the prompt retrieval of information and compliance with GCP and company operating procedures. • Managing and maintaining clinical trial logistic system (SAP). Ensuring hospitals have appropriate stock on hand to perform the clinical trial.• Maintaining Clincharge system for tracking of external trial costs, organising payments to service providers.• Providing a high level of secretarial support for the dep’t including drafting and producing letters, reports, presentations, memos and other documents and processing them accordingly (including photocopying, filing and distribution).• Handling external and internal enquiries made via telephone, emails and face-to-face.• Managing Ethics submission process for new clinical trials both at company and site level.• Local archive manager• Reception Relief• Creating and maintaining company Intraweb Page
