Product Safety Analyst
Current• Creates and issues, on average, five testing and quality control inspection protocols daily for custom, import projects based on the product category, distribution, and end-user. • Establishes and maintains testing and quality control inspection protocols and processes for over twenty reoccurring Programs’ orders. • Gains and upholds clientele through the Compliance Program by meeting various clients’ needs for product safety, quality, social, and environmental requirements, including annual climate change and GHG emissions analysis and reporting for specific clients. • Works to mitigate financial and brand risk to the company, and in turn, to our clients by writing internal policies based on the various and ever-changing State, Federal, and International regulations, along with specific client requirements that often go above and beyond mandatory regulations.• Serves on the parent company’s new Sustainability Team which involves establishing ESG baselines, setting goals, and accomplishing tasks for the purpose of decreasing the company’s overall carbon footprint and mitigating other activities that contribute to climate change.
