I graduated from the University of Missouri's College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources with a Bachelor of Science degree in science and agricultural journalism with an emphasis in animal science, digital design and marketing. My passions in life are horses, christianity and journalism. I strive to intermingle all three of my passions in my daily life because it is important for me to stay true to myself.I grew up in the small town of Hondo, Texas where the farming community was at large. Horseback riding and horse judging was a huge part of my life. My interest in journalism began in high school when I worked for my high school newspaper and yearbook. Church was a priority growing up in my family, and it is still very important to me today. I was fortunate to join a college ministry team my freshman year and continue to grow spiritually.Today I am ecstatic beyond all belief to own two businesses – doing exactly what I love to do. As the famous saying goes, “If you love what you do, you’ll never have to work a day in your life!”
