Governed a team of 48 firefighters, ensuring seamless coordination with city offices. I was responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and receivable for the department, including budgeting for expenses. Additionally, I meticulously managed timesheets for the entire department and expertly handled workman's compensation claims, liaising closely with the city's payroll and HR teams. Beyond these duties, I actively engaged in fostering community relations through station tours and educational visits, contributing to the department's ongoing positive impact.

Managed a diverse portfolio of 96 units comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Spearheading a comprehensive technological overhaul, I implemented upgrades such as a new phone system, a redesigned website, and the transition to online payment and contract systems. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of rentals and maintenance, I ensured seamless integration of these technological advancements to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Directed events across four distinct spaces within a historic building, which functioned as a cafe. I was responsible for developing contracts, menus, and brochures for all events hosted in the facility. Handling in-person, phone, and online inquiries, I regularly conducted tours and informational meetings, ensuring a high level of client engagement. I maintained continuous communication with clients throughout the event planning process, offering personalized assistance in creating tailored menus, selecting decor, arranging layouts, and establishing event timelines.

Played a pivotal role in the company's transition from American Alternative Investments. During this period of establishing a new entity while continuing to serve existing clients, I led the implementation of innovative digital filing procedures. I successfully acquired necessary government documentation and developed new operational procedures and documentation, aligning them with our rebranded identity.

Established and oversaw a dynamic Client Services Department, supervising a team of 5 employees. I standardized our client communication protocols by developing clear and consistent scripts, enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborating with departmental leaders, I spearheaded the implementation of a company-wide customer service standard. Additionally, I conducted regular performance audits to ensure employee efficiency and coordinated comprehensive audits of client files across the organization.
