- Continued support of the Release Management Team after it was transitioned from AT&T to Amdocs in October 2012.- Software Release Manager in support of Customer Care, Sales and Billing Platforms providing End-to-end Release Management including schedule and scope negotiation, project commitment, change control, application integration, defect resolution, metrics and assessment of overall release health and risk - Liaison with IT and Business stakeholders to understand the schedule, risks, issues and current status of the Software Package that will deploy with each major (quarterly) and minor (monthly) Releases.- Facilitate internal meetings with impacted stakeholders to assess current status of all projects in a Release.- Facilitate internal change control meetings to coordinate software code fixes to Testing, while providing oversight on Production implementation dates.- Present weekly Executive Status Reporting to our Business customers on the overall health of the Release package.- Coordinate activities between teams to ensure the Production Readiness of the software package to Production.
