I am a Project Manager III at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I support clinical operations, strategy, and business development. My work focuses on key initiatives that drive growth for the Cleveland Clinic both locally and at the enterprise level.I earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Business from the University of California, San Diego. My experience includes an administrative internship at a community health system and contributing to the growth of Patient Partner, a telehealth startup aimed at creating a patient-driven community.I hold a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California, where I completed an administrative residency at Providence Health, focusing on value-based contracting and network development. I also completed a one-year Administrative Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and served as a Program Manager in the Head and Neck Institute, leading initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.My passion for healthcare is deeply rooted in my personal experiences as a patient. I actively advocate for patient perspectives, recently representing rare disease patients on Capitol Hill with the Rare Disease Legislative Advocates (RDLA). I also serve as Vice President for Project Alive and Co-Chair of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) of Nevada.In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cuisines, traveling to tropical destinations, and spending quality time with family and friends.
