 Successfully managed, trained, and mentored IT staffing professionals comprised of a nationwide team of business development managers and technical recruiters (onshore & offshore).  Drove organic organizational growth through the creation and implementation of robust training programs for both technical recruiters and business development managers.  Played a pivotal role in increasing annual revenue 75% in total from 2018 to 2021 from 20M to 35M while simultaneously growing internal team headcount from 40 to 65 individuals.  Managed organization through two separate acquisitions; instrumental in ensuring the transition was seamless as possible and business continuity was successful.  Internal SME for business process flows, data mappings, system integrations, performance reporting, applicant tracking system, recruiting platforms, and business development tools.  Partnered with business development reps on creating and delivering detailed sales presentations highlighting the organization’s staffing capabilities to prospective clients.  Delivered multiple sales presentations to executive level professionals at Fortune 500 companies securing both new clients and additional business from existing clients.  Successfully managed a personal book of business while simultaneously managing a team of high performing producers.  Executed the CEO and CFO’s vision of expansion into new geographical markets and increasing the diversification of our client portfolio.  Expanded Atrilogy Solutions Group’s service offerings from purely IT staffing to also include accounting, finance, and human resources staffing. Same as Above - Continued  Spearheaded the creation and implementation of a nearshore recruiting team in Belize from initial conceptualization through establishment.  Established detailed ‘Consultant Care Program’ to ensure our consultants were well taken care of, informed regarding available benefits, and updated about any changes to their assignment throughout the duration of their project.  Created a detailed internal employee retention program that began with ‘stay interviews’ to prevent attrition and maximize employee satisfaction. The results of the stay interviews guided internal changes around company culture, benefits, parental leave, and performance incentives. Attrition dropped by over 30% in the first year following implementation of the employee retention program.  Responsible for managing the entire 35M P&L of the organization including SG&A and EBITDA.  Helped create and drive philanthropic efforts within the organization; establishing ‘Hope in a Box’ initiative providing women who were victims of domestic abuse or human trafficking the resources needed to establish themselves in a new career.  Managed and oversaw the digital presence of the organization including website design, social media strategy, brand recognition, and reputation management.
