Provided customer support via tickets, chats, and phone systems for CDN, WAF, ObjectStorage, Compute, DNS, and Networking with an average 5 star chat rating.Assisted CDN Customers with configuring and troubleshooting cache policies and providedvalidation procedures to monitor improvement, such as looking over response headers toget a better idea on how the requests were being made.Assisted WAF customers with configuring custom security polices and troubleshootingpolicy triggers to minimize false positives.Provided customers with access instructions and assistance with configuring and providingcontent to object storage buckets, and CDN caching for said content.Provided customers with instructions for utilizing the StackPath authoritative DNS serversfor their domain configuration.Assisted customers with creating and accessing virtual machines and containers on theStackPath Edge Compute platform.Communicated highly technical concepts to customers in an end-user friendly manner andprovided easily understandable support and resources over chat and email.Provided Restful API Endpoints to end-users in order to make calls to StackPath servers,and went over returned JSON. As well as how to make updates to their configurations withadditional StackPath API Endpoints.Worked with other support teams to ensure customer issues were routed to the correcttechnicians and escalated tickets as needed.Created technical documentation for the StackPath knowledge base.
