As the US Human Capital Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte Consulting, I'm responsible for collaborating with the many talented individuals within Deloitte who identify emerging issues/trends for our clients and develop research-backed eminence. In addition to my role as the Human Capital Chief Marketing Officer, I also: - Advise clients going through significant business events, inclusive of enterprise and functional transformations and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures- Serve as the co-Dean of our Next Generation CHRO Academy, delivering an annual event focused on providing aspiring CHROs an opportunity to build their peer network, develop skills, and gain experiences which support their journey to the CHRO role and beyond (~350+ attendees over 8 years)- I coach/mentor a wide array of practitioners on career goals and opportunities- And moreI've advised clients on business transformations and M&A transactions of all shapes and sizes, from function-specific changes to enterprise-wide events. Within the M&A space, I've worked on deals worth over ~$130B in transaction value and with deal activity occurring in 50+ countries and deal sizes ranging from <200 employees to >20,000 employees.I am a results-oriented person who thrives in ambiguous situations. I enjoy connecting and building relationships with people, and working through a challenging problem or issue. I also love to share my experiences and learn from others. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, two daughters, and friends, and love to read, travel, and spend time outdoors (I'm agnostic of beach, mountains, or snow - love it all!)I received my M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a dual degree B.A. from Rice University.
