It Security Project Manager
Managed all projects for the GRC, cybersecurity, and business resiliency teams for CWT’s Information Security team. Responsible for driving project scheduling, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, escalations of risks and issues from initiation to closure. Instrumental in shaping projects and scopes to meet deliverables and outcomes within budget and strategy timelines. Experienced in contract management between HR, Legal, Procurement, and vendors.-Successfully delivered 16 global IT security projects on schedule and within budget by demonstrating exceptional project management skills with minimal variance. Led 13 project from start to finish in fully remote workplace.-Partnered with cybersecurity experts, and IT engineers to lead over 40 product and app teams to enhance or remediate 40+ Web UI, database, legacy enterprise applications. Led vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, compliance gap assessments across NIST and PCI data security standards across 92 countries and 4 data centers.-Demonstrated seamless work within and between different project management methodologies and tools across departments and teams globally, showcasing adaptability and collaboration skills.-Spearheaded the design and implementation of a multi-factor authentication solution for over 1,500 global employees, meeting US government requirements, while integrating within the wider commerical enterprise environment of 16,000+ employees.-Resolved international employee Works Council disputes regarding outdated IT Works Agreements, resulting in implementing new MFA solution, and refreshing all employee-used apps and tools to match the latest company security policies, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction
