Designed dashboards, metrics, and advanced visualizations that enabled real-time client decision making. Hands-on experience delivering successful SaaS implementations in enterprise environments. ◆ Architected Domo’s QuickBooks QuickStart App, enabling an organization to have a dashboard view of its overall financial health and real-time access to essential metrics including cash flow, net income, and vendor information.◆ Shrunk new consultant onboarding time by two weeks by replacing instructor-led courses with a self-serve video-based model.◆ Initiated an online hosted video-based training platform for new clients, enabling 82% of new customers to independently onboard.◆ Utilized data mining and analysis techniques to enable enhanced marketing strategies for events and conventions; Achieved a 23% attendee increase at the DOMOPALOOZA 2018 conference.
