As a Life long Nurse I have worked in many different areas, from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, from Candy Striper to Management Positions. Multiple Sclerosis (the very disease that brought me into Nursing) suspended my career but didn't get me down. I Missed working & developed a new skill set to become an Avon & then Mary Kay Lady. Children grew, Medications improved, my MS became stable & I was able to return to my true calling - Nursing. Although the bulk of my experience is in Behavioral Health/Addictions, I have also worked Geriatrics (Supervisor), Med-Surg / Endocrinology floor nursing, Eating disorders, Infection Control and QA/Employee Health. I am currently looking for a Part-Time remote position that I can do from any location. While my home base is in Central Florida I am planning to begin traveling more.
