Co-lead the Finance and HR Business Process Committees, comprised of Chief Accounting Officer and Divisional and Corporate VP’s of Finance, Treasury, Tax and HR.Key accomplishments:• Finance function implementation of SAP ECC, FP&A, and BI modules.• Implemented SAP Treasury module, resulting in improved treasury data quality. Automation will save the Company an estimated $500k annually.• Created GST tax processes resulting in the reduction of one FTE per year.• Rolled out SAP Travel and Entertainment solution to eight countries, eliminating manual processes.• Created Vendor Invoice Management processes in several Asian and European countries. Efforts resulted in automation that will save tens of thousands of dollars per year.

Responsible for creating and maturing the new BPCM organization, providing industry best practice expertise regarding business process and role management, process related data analytics and reporting, and process training (including SAP Super User development) and testing.Key accomplishments:• Managed global organization of 30+ (5 Direct) resources in the US, Europe, and Asia.• Responsible for annual operating budget of ~$3M.• Founded SAP Super User Program. Provided direction to approximately 700 Super Users across all CAM divisions and geographies.• Formed business process management team and operating practices, ground-up. Included governance, documentation, enhancement, and integrity of 1k+ enterprise level business processes as well as the management of business roles necessary to execute those processes.• Established process training team, standardizing how Cameron’s 30k+ employees perform business process.• Leveraged SAP Solution Manager to capture, analyze, and communicate process key performance indicators.• Negotiated and formed partnerships with outsourced vendors to augment Cameron staffing during peak demand.

Expatriated $28M from Angola, West Africa and created the process by which additional funds are transferred out of the country.

Helped in the creation of preliminary financial global standard business processes as a part of a global SAP implementation.

Joined Cameron as part of the Global Rotational Development Program for MBAs. Led three high visibility projects.Key Accomplishments:• Worked with CIO, Finance Functions, and Business Partners to create and manage the ~$100M 2010 IT budget.• Managed and improved the 2009 SAP license audit. Efforts resulted in $1M+ in reduced license fees and resulted in the creation of a Software Asset Management Group at Cameron.• Oversaw global service management software implementation and related process improvements saving the company $500k in license fees as well as improving service time and quality.
