In my past 11-year career with diverse work environment culture in NIKE and oversea projects, I was forged to be a performer to manage strategic sales analysis, assortment planning, forecast, store development, and key account management. This main experience motivated me to think more about how to run a global business sustainably, which triggered me to go for a master's course in Corporate Sustainability in the UK. Also, I was able to gain insight into sustainable consumer behaviour by analysing different projects, which also helped me enhance my skill of analysis in the field of sustainability development. Previous academic and work experience enabled me to exposure to more diverse and critical thinking and also be more open-minded, and practice-based.
