I began my career at C-TEK Insurance to assist in the accounting department and provide customer service. Since working with C-TEK Insurance I have become a licensed property and casualty insurance producer, and continue to provide customer service. I'm currently in the process of learning the ins and outs of the business so that I am able to provide not only our customers with unmatched service and value, but also the employees that allow us to serve our customers. Below are some of the key functions I have/do perform: • Quote customers and provide the top 3 (of potentially 25+) rates • Assist accounting in daily activities, including running reports and updating bookkeeping • Resolve customer conflicts by reviewing policies and explaining terms • Remarket current customers and communicating options • Issue and service new personal and commercial policies to retain customers and increase profits

While attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln I found a part-time position at Baxter Auto. While only providing for a minor role in the day-to-day operations, I was able to get an inside look at how a car dealership is run on a daily basis.
