Teaching and training have always played a massive role in my life; no matter what job I've held over the years, I have always been placed in a position overseeing or helping people learn skills that they can apply to take their performance to the next level.With much of my career experience being in a leadership role, I am always eager to work with teams to find the best solutions to the challenges we face. I've always firmly believed in leading by example; I would never ask someone on my team to do a task that I would not be comfortable doing myself.
