As Chief of Staff to Annette Clayton, CSCO Schneider Electric, I coordinate the activities of the 25 member Leadership team, represent the Schneider Electric supply chain internally and externally and lead the Hoshin Policy Deployment process. As the Digital Supply Chain leader, I have been focused on the bringing an outside in perspective from the external supply chain world. Spending time with benchmark companies and startup’s, attending conferences and working groups, and contributing in IoT, Industry 4.0, Big Data, Machine Learning, BlockChain in SC, and Digital Supply Chain thought leadership. Establishing a strategy and working team focused on cognitive learning techniques with the intention of driving disruption in the industry and extending the competitive advantage offered to Schneider Electric via the supply chain function.
