International Conventions Everywhere

Played the organ the entire week for the Moose International Conventions held in Nashville, Anaheim and Tampa. Glad to be apart of this great organization that cares for underprivileged children and senior citizens. Hopefully they will ask me back for the 2014 convention in Las Vegas so I can buy my Tommy Moose doll.

Program, facilitate and lead worship on services at FBC Madison. Plan and facilitate choir practice on Wednesdays, compose and arrange music (choral and instrumental) for whatever is needed in whatever form the player or singer can read. Always preferring a chord chart either written out or with Finale. Serving God is really rewarding. I dig it.

Responsible for musical instruction, solo and ensemble of students and orchestra for rehearsals and performances.

From time to time I worked at Pier 1 Imports here in Nashville. I was employeed at the Green Hills, White Bridge Rd and Cool Springs stores. I use to paint the display wall every 3 months. That was a good gig. I enjoyed straightening the pillow wall, putting out votive candles and eating the candy canes. Hated truck day. All in all it was fun. Weird how.

I had the privilege to tour across the country and into Europe with one of the best people anyone could ask to be with with on the road. My time with Lacy J as one of the Dalton Gang was just outstanding. And no, I didn't shoot anyone because they were snoring. There are other things though that I just can't talk about.

Starting off my restaurant experience, I was hired as a bus boy. That was lots of fun - cleaning after everyone as fast as possible. I moved into a food runner position as soon as I figured out how to carry those large trays of food on my shoulder...oh yes, and "more rolls please". Soon a job at the wheel came open in the kitchen as food expeditor for.
