Mission-driven innovator dedicated to providing relevant and practical solutions for 2nd Chance populations, which resonates with my own lived experience in recovery.Co-founded New Freedom, a premier behavioral health reentry center. Serving thousands of returning citizens annually, a first of its kind, New Freedom accounts for all Social Determinates of Health providing safe housing, primary healthcare, therapeutic counseling, case management, clothing, food, transportation, vocational education, employment opportunities, and much more. With the implementation of New Freedom’s flagship facility and a second location underway, currently assisting in the mission’s next projects; multi-family housing developments, vocational post-secondary educational schools, and identifying a national footprint into new states looking to bring collaborations into new state agencies and community stakeholders.Intersectional social impact programs delivered with affordable housing solutions have become known to key Arizona stakeholders, state agencies and community thought leaders who’ve requested commentary on programs and policy, most notably in criminal justice, social determinants of health, substance abuse issues, and workforce development. Superpower is the ability to recognize behaviors, trends, and patterns early on and help others understand impact on markets and consumer behavior. Though an entrepreneur at heart, work has led to a deep dive into social research, analysis, and development. Outside-the-box mindset far from traditional market analysis; tend to narrow focus of potential economic growth R&D into two main factors… social productivity and people. The driving goal is to benefit the underserved classes while solving larger social issues that plague 2nd chance populations such as housing needs, workforce shortage, and the opioid crisis. -------At my core, I’m a husband and a father who desires to serve God by serving others without expectation. I lavish in empowering people around me and take joy in watching them succeed, especially the underdogs. Growing up in competitive sports, I still enjoy fitness and high-intensity training.
