Within two years Butcher’s Bunches surpassed its five-year goal, growing a remarkable 300% and ranked as one of the fastest-growing product lines in its space.Creative direction, design, and launch of Boundfull, a customizable baby journal brand. Comprehensive brand development, including the brand identity and brand guidelines. We also created the journal design and cover illustrations, shot and styled the product photography, and directed the creation of 3D product renders. Fractional Design Director
I spearheaded the creative strategy and design for Denik, a paper goods company that offers ready-made and custom journals. I launched several major products and artist’s product lines with work including launch strategy, creative direction, ad campaigns, email campaigns, digital design, social media visuals, copywriting, illustration, and photography. I also refreshed the visual brand and positioning, reimagined and executed on an overhaul of their website with increased engagement and marketing funnels in mind, and refreshed their most lucrative product—a custom notebook and art print interface. I also directed and collaborated with outside vendors including various agencies and creatives. Selected Achievements:Complete brand refresh, including a system of collage elements, textures, iconography, illustrations,and brand guidelines to create a collage-like living brand. I also concepted and shot a new style ofproduct and lifestyle photography, which is both visually striking and compliments the brand.Created a multi-channel campaign with social media influencer Mada Graviet (600k TikTok followers). The campaign led to increased brand recognition with web traffic, brand searches, mentions, and revenue spiking, a 20% increase in social media followers (from 15k to 27k Instagram followers), and attributed to business growth with the launch of two custom journals and a curated collection leading to $25k in revenue, the highest amount they had ever banked from a product launch.
Executive Creative Director
I was the head of creative for Asea, a biotech company that manufactures and distributes cellular health, beauty, and nutritional products. I directed a team of 20+ marketing professionals including creative directors, graphic designers (U.S. & Europe), photographers, videographers, copywriters, UX, and marketing managers. I also oversaw the work of freelance collaborators including designers, photographers, and photo stylists. In my tenure I led many large and highly visible projects including a complete company brand refresh, refresh of their core cellular health product line, launched two new product categories, directed the work of five annual international conventions, and collaborated with architecture firms on the design of a new corporate headquarters and international offices.Selected Achievements:I created and launched a biannual magazine entitled Become, an industry specific publication that was distributed to Asea’s network of sales associates. I also directed the creation of the magazine’s content, which included articles about Asea's products, health and wellness, business building, event ads, and corporate news. Each magazine featured a cover/feature article recipient chosen from its sales force. I led the creative strategy and design of those covers/articles, including selecting photographers, concepting and arranging photoshoots, and on-set direction in Sydney, Taipei, Shanghai, and Los Angeles. I led the plan and design for five international conventions and was the main point of contact and principle collaborator with the event production companies producing the events. Work included creative direction and project management for all visual assets including environmental graphics, wayfinding, signage, print collateral, stage design, on-screen graphics, and print collateral. I also designed fully bespoke retail store experiences including look and feel, layout, custom displays, and the design of the apparel sold in the store.

Intermountain Technology Group is a web development agency specializing in Microsoft’s Sharepoint platform. I led a team of UX/UI designers and front end developers on client’s digital projects. I alsoworked closely with clients to identify project goals, define user journeys and interaction, and guide creative direction in order to provide engaging design solutions that drove customer engagement and brand awareness. Clients included Skullcandy, All West Telecom, and the Larry H. Miller Company.Selected Achievement:I designed a new web experience and directed development for All West Telecom, serving Summit County, UT (including Park City, UT) and throughout Wyoming. The site had multiple moving parts, including information about its television, phone, and internet services, a blog highlighting news and community events, a portal to pay bills, an online streaming service, and two versions of the site for both residential and business. The new website escalated conversion rates over 4x and increased average order value from $50 to $85.

Work included brand development, print collateral, web design, infographics, environmental graphics, packaging, and advertising campaigns for various clients. I interfaced with executive leadership at high-profile organizations including MountainStar Healthcare, Ivory Homes, and the U of U School of Business to develop branding and marketing solutions that improved audience engagement and enhanced brand value. I also completed a comprehensive agency rebranding including a new brand identity, collateral, apparel, and website.Selected Achievements:I named, developed the brand identity, and designed marketing materials for an award-winning social media marketing workshop called The Meat, which was a major way Jibe drove business development. Campaigns included magazine, television, radio, and OOH elements. The campaigns helped triple MountainStar ER visits.

While at UsanaI worked across several departments to provide direction and design on brand, digital, video, and event projects. While there I created a large spectrum of creative materials including brand identities, editorial designs, on-screen graphics, UX/UI designs, digital product designs, and elements for videos. I interfaced closely with company leadership and top sales associates to create engaging presentation visuals at regional and international events and in support of The Healthy Home book tour, a New York Times best-selling book Usana’s Founder and CEO co-authored.
