A Corporate Officer responsible for strategic litigation management across a multitude of areas including extra contractual, class action, certain international litigation and arbitration, reinsurance, and other corporate litigation matters, as well as state, federal, and international regulatory and administrative matters.

My practice focused on national class action and complex litigation defense, with an emphasis on employment and commercial litigation. I also gained significant experience conducting high-level corporate investigations for large public and private organizations that reach the senior executive, C-suite, and board of director level. I counseled clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and gained experience analyzing, commenting and submitting testimony on legislation pending before Congress, and regulations pending before regulatory and enforcement agencies.

As an officer in the Army National Guard and Army Reserve I served in leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including a combat tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
