Senior Business Analyst
CurrentManaging web content and updates for multiple websites, including CancerCenter.com, non-profit websites and other CTCA marketing websites. Analyze and define business, user and technical requirements for these sites, working with stakeholders at all levels as well as external vendors to gather requirements and create technical specifications in clear business terms. Provide support for internal and external websites and related services along with other custom websites and solutions for social engagements. Research, analyze and develop product strategy for planning and marketing growth. Act as First Level of support for service requests from internal stakeholders for CancerCenter.com; receiving, reviewing and tracking all submitted issues while resolving content related issues and creating service tickets for all issues requiring development efforts, additionally monitoring the progress of resolution and communicating status of these technical issues back to the reporting stakeholders. Reviewing business processes, providing gap analysis for improvements, business and technical specifications and project plans for the software development team and applications within an Agile development environment and in compliance with internal standards and guidelines. Working with Sitecore (Versions 6, 9) and Umbraco digital content management systems.
