As the Director of Cybersecurity Services at Eide Bailly, I lead the transformation of a cybersecurity advisory and offensive testing group into a comprehensive cybersecurity services organization. In this role, I leverage my 20 years of experience in building and growing teams, solving complex problems, and creating value for clients across various industries and sectors.My core competencies include developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and standards, integrating cybersecurity services with other technology services offerings, expanding the cybersecurity services portfolio, and providing virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) services to clients. My mission is to enable business growth and innovation, while reducing risk in four key areas: data in the cloud, Internet accessible data and systems, partner access to data and systems, and employee access to data and systems.
