● Creates and maintains Product Specifications, establishes Validation Requirements, and carries out Test Requests to Verification Team for each engineering build stage● Develops and manages Lead SKU BOM’s, FG Level Drawings and Rating Plate from AFPP (Approved for Pre-Production) until AFP (Approved for Production)● Manages New Product Development / Production BOM and SKU drawing throughout Project Development Milestone● Collaborates with Prototyping team and Design Engineering team for Prototyping Build and manages the build from start to end● Collaborates with Design Engineering Team to verify BOM Information released to CM (Contract Manufacturers) are according to the current design revision● Collaborates with Verification team to track the results and progress of verification tests in order to comply with the complete product specification● Plans and compiles all cross-functional team sample requests for engineering builds and prototyping. Creates Build Matrix that contains the needed information for the Contract Manufacturer / Supplier develop the parts needed● Leads the engineering build status for each milestone through weekly or daily cross-team meetings between Dyson and the Contract Manufacturers● Manages in allocating machines for every engineering build, and tracks machines distribution for each team and ensure the on-time delivery● Drives SKU BOM DPAP (Dyson Parts Approval Process) and Golden Sample Sign-off.● Manages the OPEX budget planning for every engineering build

● Monitors jobs and process chains ● Resolves issues for demand forecast● Troubleshoots system errors related to SAP Planning module

● Supports iCoupler technology products● Sustains product performance in manufacturing factories● Conducts program debugging and bench testing● Performs electrical characterization analysis and yield analysis● Works with other departments on testing, process, and yield improvement● Engages in the completion of quality related requirements of a product● Drives the test characterization result review, generates new guard-bands and test limits, creates then releases test programs to manufacturing
