As the Sales Manager here at Stretch Shapes, I help to continue our rapid growth in the AV/scenic industry. Over the past three years with the organization, my team increased sales volume by 349%, propelling us into the Inc 5000 Most Succesful Companies in America list (1,186). Our client base has expanded throughout several global markets, while our domestic growth has expanded into every state in the U.S. Through several digital media platforms, Stretch Shapes is highly visible for AV and live event professionals across the globe to reach us for their needs. As the Marketing Manager at Stretch Shapes, I was able to create a marketing strategy and budget from the ground up by developing a plan of action through a variety of digital platforms. We now run successful campaigns on social media, Google AdWords, and third-party sites. These campaigns now attribute to 78% of our new incoming leads. I was responsible for all copy, design, and scheduling of our email campaigns which continuously averaged 20% open rates and 12% CTR. All copy for other elements of the website, including product details, blogs, portfolio additions, press releases and video scripts were done by myself, along with product instructions. As we launched new products into the marketplace, my responsibilities included market studies, direct comparison analysis, innovation and managing the release.
