• Manage loan pipeline by ordering all the 3rd party documentation such as Tax Transcripts base on borrowers income, Verification of all Employments, Titles, Homeowner’s Insurance, Payoffs, Flood Insurance and other documentation requests base on which department such as Consumer Direct or Builder’s group• Strong communication to all parties involve what is needed on documents & statuses on each loan• Following up requests on orders to be sure they are received in a timely fashion• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy for loan approval• Ensuring 3rd party items are uploaded into the system and accurately labeled • Notate in each file on all task ordered, followed up, responses from 3rd party and task received• Make sure there is no fraud to protect customer non-public personal information and 100% compliance with all rules, laws and regulations and the procedures to maintain compliance• Multitask & maintain different varieties of 35 plus orders monthly to make sure each loan/documents are going to be completed in time• Perform other job-related duties as instructed by Manager

• Expedites the general flow of the office: coordinate work performed in the field, schedules appointments, disseminate information as appropriate to field technicians, and dispatches work assignments • Arrange and input customer’s personal information for financing• Handles customer service and issues over the phone• Pick up parts from vendors and deliver to technicians on the field• Order stock parts and equipment and compare prices and availability• Oversees the use of office equipment and supplies and manages office budget• Assists in the hiring process, supervises technicians and clerical aides, and ROP students• Maintains consumer database and call-in tracking log to aid in marketing strategies• Marketing bi-annual postcards to customers and generate work via website, advertising on newspaper, carwash, social media, churches, etc.• Data entry on all billing invoice to customers & follow up calls to collect outstanding balance & input checks from customers & vendors in Quickbooks
