Duties include but are not limited to : Serving food, stock resident dining area & food pantry, as well as keep the dining room servery well stocked. Collect, clean, and restock trayline "monster carts" for use at next meal service. Take dirty linen to laundry and collect & put away any clean linens there. Prepare morning & afternoon snacks for up to 35 residents, deliver meal trays to residents apartments. Set up the hot & cold serving lines in dining room, temp all hot food prior to serving. Line trays, prep ice waters, soups, coffees, and other miscellaneous drinks for trayline. Work together with cooks to prepare modified foods for any dietary or mechanical need, using entrees and sides already prepared in kitchen. Work on trayline, making meals to be delivered to residents homes or rooms. Prep salads, fruit, desserts, and any other miscellaneous cold item residents may request.

Answer phones and set appointments for the servicing, replacing, and selling of fire extinguishers.Enter payments and customer information into computer. Place inventory and supply orders, proficiently organize all paperwork.Acquire new accounts

Assist customers over the phone with billing and service issues. Set up new accounts, process credit checks, and sell/up-sell all centurylink services and add-ons. Sell satellite tv service. Issue billing and service credits & adjustments.

Assist customers around the store Open / close store including: daily cleaning, counting till in and out. Re stocking merchandise and re- setting displays Run cash register and process returns & exchanges .
