I've often been called a Swiss Army Knife, being able to tackle whatever is put in front of me with passion and grit. I built Born2Be Arts academy in Moose Jaw from the ground up, starting with 25 students to now over 700 students and families. In the span of 15 years, I was also carrying the title and job duties of Childrens Pastor, Outreach Pastor, Online Pastor, Executive Director and Full-time student in the Master's program at Briercrest. I've learnt how to navigate the world of business, lead teams through difficult situations, hire, fire, train and recruit. Through it all I've learnt that managing yourself is the best leadership tip out there. So now I'm excited to dedicate my time to doing just that, making leaders better through training, equipping and journeying together.
