As a Senior Manager of Communications, I lead a team of storytellers who showcase the legacy and magic of Disneyland Resort and its positive impact to the world. Through owned and earned channels, we enhance the resort's reputation within the areas of employment experience, community involvement, environmental stewardship, growth/investment and more. I also oversee the Disney Ambassador Program for Disneyland Resort, which includes selecting, developing and managing the site's Ambassadors, who serve two-year terms as official spokespeople, cast member representatives and emissaries of goodwill.In addition, I serve on the leadership committee of PRIDE, one of the Business Employee Resource Groups, and I am a mentor through Thrive@Disney.

I oversaw proactive external communications strategy for Disneyland Resort, enhancing its reputation by highlighting its positive impact in the community and as an employer-of-choice. Through earned and owned channels, I told engaging stories, crafted compelling narratives and managed complex issues through the pandemic and the resort's unprecedented closure.Editorially, I produced a monthly six-page insert in the Orange County Register, and managed its supporting digital and social ad campaigns, reaching hundreds of thousands of readers, building local trust and positive sentiment. I also served as an official company spokesperson, both proactively at live radio promotion events and reactively in my role, which included being on call for media relations and crisis management.
