Worked on projects for Boeing, Ball Aerospace, Orbital Sciences, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney, ATK, General Atomics, Northrop Grumman, and others. Performed dynamic analysis, redesign of components and testing to dynamic environments for Delta III/Delta IV Second Stage liquid rocket engine and carbon-carbon extendible exit nozzle. Pretest analysis for modal test and posttest correlation of finite element model to test modes. Development of qualification report and final loads and stress report. Presented results to review committee. Instrumentation and testing of new flight-simulator ride for Walt Disney Imagineering to verify structural integrity (strain gages, proximity probes, and accelerometers).
