    - The Problem - In a college town with as many students as permanent residents, the bars are always a constant attraction, and so is late night food. However, none of the late night spots are on Google or are advertised as "open late". In addition to all of that, no one delivers food. - Design - The CWU Munchies mobile web-app was initially developed by myself as a POC for an agile project management class at CWU. While in the class I conducted market research by using Qualtrics to survey students and alumni while also determining user stories and personas. During this time I also developed various mock ups and prototypes. By the time I was done with the class I had a POC- Development -After developing a small POC using different wireframing tools/methods and interactive prototypes, it was time to build my web application (~1yr). I ended up learning a ton to say the least. Central Munchies ended up going through three full rewrites and I added 12 features that weren't in the original POC; which took the journey from an advertising tool for local businesses to becoming a courier service. - Wins - During this phase I had over 15k unique visitors to my app and elicited feedback/stories from over 250 people on design, development, and overall usability.Technologies: Balsamiq, Proto.io, Google Maps API, XML, AJAX, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, and JavaScript, Adobe PhoneGap to produce native POC apps in android and windows formats.
