As Director of Video Production I’m responsible for providing leadership and direction to the video production and post production groups at DCE. This includes developing strategies and tactics to fulfill DCE’s video production, video editing and motion graphics content marketing needs for use across all customer touch points including in place, hybrid or virtual events as well as various marketing efforts for our clients.To support these efforts, I am accountable for establishing long-term goals and objectives, leading projects, the evaluation and continuous improvement of workflow processes, training and development of team and providing creative direction and resources.

As a freelance creative I look for opportunities to assist filmmakers in bringing their vision to life as an independent editor and colorist.

As a part of Ashley’s in house creative agency I oversaw all the companies post-production efforts including the ingest, logging and archival of assets, scheduling of edits and manage our 3rd party vendors and freelancers. I also played several other roles during my tenure, I produced, shot and/or edited several of the companies projects including but not limited to national broadcast spots, social, digital and branded content.

Oxen was a small but capable production company reigning from Tampa, Florida. We aimed to craft beautiful stories, launch award winning branded content and make clients happy. I was the company’s primary director and producer.

At Freeman, I was responsible for leading the creative process to develop, oversee and directly implement creative concepts and strategy for Freeman’s clients. Together with a team, I was responsible for creative leadership, management and staffing as it pertains to the creative process from point of opportunity to point of completion. In addition, I was responsible for the creation, direction and implementation of large scale / format video productions.

While with Remedy I worked as senior editor, colorist and DP primarily working on their branded content. Clients included but are not limited to Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Seaworld, Busch Gardens and Disney.

I shot, edited and graded television commercials and web videos for the agencies studio division. I also assisted on multiple photo shoots and helped on the retouching for said photos. Clients included Visit Florida, Sweetbay Supermarket, Lifestyle Family Fitness, Bayfront Medical Center and AVI-SPL among others.
