As the Chief Operating Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of West-Central Wisconsin, I bring ten years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on operations, safety, and results. My passion is to bring positive change to individuals and families. I have a BS in Sport Administration/Management from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and I leverage my skills and knowledge to create and implement effective programs, policies, and strategies that support the mission and vision of the Boys & Girls Clubs. I am proud to be a "Jack of All Trades" with the ability to be a quick learner and adaptable to any situation. This has allowed me to work in all aspects of an organization from operations and safety to finance and hr.
