I supervised over 50 agents at level 1 call center for Federal Express employees located at the University of Memphis. I conduct interviews, performance reviews, establish and enforce rules and policies, ensure the call center is running optimally and efficiently. Additionally, I handle everything data related. I created a webapp in python that automatically grabs our agent's call statistics. The webapp stores the stats in an SQL database, creates various pots and Excel sheets, and determines the top performers the previous day as well as the previous week. Everything is hosted online for management and supervisors to download for performance reviews.Skills : Python, Webapp development, SQL, NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, Git, Virtual environments, Flask applications, Data extraction, Data analysis, Machine learning/regression models

I performed patient quality assurance (QA) on stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) plans using Elekta Synergy, Infinity, and Versa linear accelerators and MOSAIQ software. I have experience using both Delta4 and ArcCHECK diode arrays for IMRT measurements as well as Exradin’s A12S ion chamber and Standard Imaging’s SuperMAX electrometer for SBRT measurements. In addition to this, I have experience performing electron output measurements as well as performing measurements with film.

Current methods of peripheral nerve repair generally do not lead to full functional recovery. However, literature suggests that this functional recovery gap can be bridged via electrical stimulation. This work investigates polyurea crosslinked silica aerogel (PCSA) as a biomaterial for the development of an in vitro model of a “smart” implant. PC12 neuron analogs were grown on PCSA and tissue culture polystyrene (TCPS) with and without application of an applied electric field. PC12 grown on PCSA were found to exhibit longer neurites than those grown on tissue culture polystyrene (TCPS) due to surface effects alone. Upon application of a 200mV/mm electric field, PC12 neurites oriented towards the anode grew longer than those oriented towards the cathode on both PCSA and TCPS. These results suggest that PCSA can be used as a biomaterial in the construction of a smart implant to aid in peripheral nerve repair. Furthermore, increased PC12 neurite growth rates due to both the PCSA surface and electric field stimulation could translate to decreased recovery time for nerves in vivo.Technical Skills :Light Microscopy, Cell Culture, Immunocytochemistry, Fluorescence Microscopy, Live Staining, Confocal Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Extracellular Matrix, COMSOL Multiphysics Software, OriginPro, Polymer Synthesis, Critical Point Drying, Sputter Deposition, Spectrophotometry, Phosphor Luminescence, Contact Angle Measurement, Uniaxial Tensile TestingTeaching :I was an instructor for the laboratory component of the General Physics I course. I gave short lectures on topics such as acceleration, Newton's Laws, projectile motion, uniform circular motion, conservation of momentum and energy, torque etc. I would then guide the students through experiments pertaining to these topics. I taught three sections per semester with each section containing 40 students.
