I have joined forces with one of the biggest residential solar installer in the united states to provide residential solar solutions creating energy equity to homeowners!   As the the CEO, my main responsibility is to lead us towards achieving our goals and objectives. In my perspective, effective leadership begins with setting the tone from the top. With this in mind, If theres a position in our company i've worn that hat, from door knocking to team development to research, I ensure that I lead by example and empower my team to achieve their goals. This means creating a clear vision and strategy, and making sure everyone is on the same page. Ive adopted from trial and error a transparent culture where we encourage the entrepreneur mindset and help our team create not only career skills but life skills aswell. Negotiation is a key part of my job, whether it's working with my team to reach agreements on important decisions, or negotiating with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and investors. My negotiation skills are critical to the success of our company.I'm also passionate about creating training and development programs for my team. I believe in investing in their growth and providing them with the resources they need to excel in their roles.
