Utility & Telecommunication Markets - North, Central & South America

- Responsible for supporting $13.4M territory with all products/services in a variety of industries- Creating and maintaining relationships with accounts and distribution- Assisting in marketing campaigns and efforts; hosting webinars to train on products- Teaming with regional managers, territory managers and distribution representatives to closelarge sales, uncover additional opportunities and provide clients with the best possible solution

- Hybrid position of developing new business/inside sales and account management by consulting new and existing clients on safety/facility identification, continuous improvement (lean/5s), visual workplace initiatives and risk management- Assist in marketing efforts and call campaigns to grow business - Teaming with regional account managers, territory managers and distribution representatives to close sales, uncover additional opportunities and provide the best solutions for business partners and customers- Ensuring clients are compliant with OSHA, ANSI and DOT regulations in the workplace- Engage with lean meetings; experience using SAP, Salesforce and web-based meeting tools daily

- Reworking five year capital projects and calculating ROI metrics such as MIRR, NPV and payback period to determine the benefit (sales lift, expense reduction or margin increase), whether it is attainable and record comments on which are most profitable to the firm- Ad hoc fixes, forecasting, book/age accruals and accrual reversals, account reconciliation and performance comments, month end close process, drill for files, compose excel templates- Updating budget tracker, accounts payable and actuals, request and record invoices, prepaid and amounts allocated, general ledger and batch journal entires and vendor spend reports

- Set daily (weekly) networking goals for calls and appointments to expand clientele- Licensed through the State of Wisconsin for Life, Health and Disability insurance- Setting up appointments and planning weeks in advance to meet with clients- Assessing needs through a questionnaire and developing budgets, savings options and a personal needs analysis for clients to create financial security
