Assist in interviewing potential candidates.Accountable for secure financial processing of claims, as well as sensitive information contained in claims files.Review policy language and investigate coverage under multiple types of policies. Investigate and assess details throughout each stage of the life of a claim, appropriately adjusting reserves and negotiating settlements.Collect, review and analyze documents to establish liability and develop timely and accurate reservesResponsible for managing the billing activities with non-litigated and litigated claims.Coordination of hiring outside investigators, attorneys and surveillance to help with positive claim outcome. Accurate and constant documentation of files to keep all information up to date.
