Performed lead DBA role for Aster (Teradata) Production and Development databases: performing maintenance, assisting with upgrades, leading meetings and fulfilling client requests, while serving as lead contact for Teradata support, system admin support, and AT&T clients.Supported Vertica development and test databases: creating and modifying various data structures, assisting users/clients with setting up roles, accesses, and schemata to later implement data structures within various environments. Performed data model project modifications to develop data files used in implementing Data Warehouse changes/additions. Supported and maintained Erwin data models containing data structures that serve as blueprint for entire data warehouse. Supported metadata tools utilized by a large number of clients.
