I maintain the budgets and create the schedules for the world wide webisode phenomenon "Monster High" I work closely with the executive producers at Mattel to maintain their vision and brand integrity. I am involved in all aspects of production, especially when it comes to story editing at the animatic stage of pre-production.

Us

I put together and maintained the budget and schedule for the Emmy award winning series "Back at the Barnyard" for Nickelodeon. I hired and negotiated rates with the US crew and with the overseas studios and I was the main point of contact for the executive producers, the multiple OS studios, and the development execs at Nick. I also traveled to India to meet with the overeas studio execs to strategize and implement more effective production processes.

Us

I was responsible for hiring a staff or over thirty people to produce animated projects for Warner Brothers Animation. I started on the new Scooby Doo series at WB and then moved on to the critically acclaimed series Shaolin Showdown. I also produced a 70 minute DTV Superman Feature called "Brainiac Attacks" where I handled the schedule, the budget, and the needs of the network and the crew. I negotiated salaries with the cast and freelance rates for artists and vendors. I was basically the point person for the entire project and saw it through from script to final delivery.

Us

I was responsible for 8 DTV features for Nickelodeon's Sunday movie block. We took the shows from script to screen, through the entire pre-production, animation and post production process. I was responsible for handling the budgets and schedules for these movies along with hiring and managing the staff. I also found and maintained relationships with various vendors and artists and was the key liaison for the clients and the company executives.

I ran the timing and animatics departments.

I was responsible for breaking down the script and handing out assignments to artists and making sure that everything was run through the production approval process that I designed.

I oversaw the production of 52 eleven minute episodes of a program called "Monster Farm" for the debut of the new Fox Family Channel. I worked closely with the writers and executives to get the shows ready to go into storyboard and design and was a key liaison with all of the departments at Saban to insure proper workflow and to maintain the budget and schedule priorities.I managed the completion of shows by shipping deadline, was the direct liaison with Directors, Producers, Overseas Studio, and Clients. I oversaw retakes, ADR, and performed various other post production duties and found and managed all freelance support.
