I thrive where I am able to teach, lead, and understand others. I am able to take difficult concepts and very efficiently communicate that information to others. Having a knack to find common ground with almost anyone has brought me into leadership roles throughout my life. I also have many years of customer service experience and am excellent in working environments that require me to adapt to new challenges and find creative solutions.I currently am the lead of a small team in the credit department at Johnson Outdoors. I am also learning and performing various credit analyst duties.I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Game Development where I learned many different technical skills. This helped me to be able to design a website for Racine Municipal Employees Credit Union and also helped me to carry out one of my passion projects, which was a YouTube and Discord channel that I led under the tag, 'KSaun.' (See Below)The most important things in life are my family, especially my wife Stephanie and my dog, Mildred.I enjoy anything that allows me to be creative and also thoroughly love learning about the intricacies of what make humans different. I am a very curious person at heart which has given me the opportunity to explore many different interests throughout my life.
