I contribute to the development of features for the Expert Pro platform and ensure it meets the needs of Canadian Mortgage Brokers. I interface with other developers, product analysts, and software engineers to ensure the quality and usability of the product.

As a member of the Quality Control, Data Logistics and Support department, I assisted my team in modernizing internal tools and improving workflows to maximize efficiency. Additionally, I documented internal processes to ensure consistency and compliance in the future.

I worked in both the technology and video production departments. Leveraging my knowledge of Python, I created systems to efficiently extract vendor data from excel workbooks, allowing for faster operations.
