As a partner/co-owner, I am closely involved in the company's management and vision and fully responsible for all product-related decisions and execution. For over 10 years I've designed, developed, and maintained all aspects of our products, the PASS Learning Management System (PASS LMS) and PASS Tools, our cloud-based EHS compliance solution. I've designed and built both applications from the ground up using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and REDIS, as well as services including Stripe, MailChimp, Mandrill, Postmark, Pardot, Salesforce, Heroku, and Amazon Web Services.
