Responsible for planning, recording, editing and broadcasting deliverable multimedia experiences for various stakeholders throughout the company using technologies such as Zoom, Notified Studio Webcasting and the Adobe Creative Suite. While recording and planning events, I provide advanced technical support for teachers and basic technical support for customers, identifying new issues as they appear and updating existing documentation to reflect resolutions. During periods of downtime, I'm responsible for identifying and evaluating potential new workflows and processes to improve team efficiency. For events that require a higher production quality than a standard webcam, I utilize a state of the art in-house production studio for recordings.

I am responsible for the production of and broadcasting of continuing education webinars for financial professionals. Webinars are produced using an in-house production studio and remotely. In addition to producing webinars, I am also responsible for troubleshooting technical issues experienced by webinar attendees and working to resolve those issues in a timely and efficient manner. When I am not running a webinar or assisting a customer, I am working to create video content and improve our content creation pipeline.
