-Created multiple year projections for recruitment and retention for varsity and club cycling teams-Created budgets to educate the University on the costs associated with a cycling team

-Created the infrastructure to instill a healthy cycling community in Rock Hill, SC -Partnered with local cycling club to host a weekly training race on a closed road course to encourage more riders to become a part of their local cycling community-Continued to host high-caliber events like the 2017 USA Cycling Masters Track National Championships -Designed a local cyclocross course with the goal of encouraging riders to explore different cycling disciplines -Worked with community centers and local schools to design curriculum to teach youth how to ride safely in Rock Hill, SC as well as use the local bike path infrastructure to connect to their community-Worked alongside the International Governing Body the Union Cycliste Internationale, USA BMX, and the City of Rock Hill, SC to bring the 2017 UCI BMX World Championships to Rock Hill, SC and ensure that the event was well run.

-Coached multiple weekly Computrainer classes -Designed individual monthly training plans for more than 15 athletes-Athlete accomplishments include 8 Regional Track Championship Titles as well as top National Championship performances

-Built the Belmont Abbey Cycling program from its inception -Built budgeting and recruiting plans and databases, including marketing strategies to bring in promising riders-Worked closely with Athletic Director, NCAA Student Athlete Representatives and various other staff members to ensure the compliance and success of the program as well as the athletes-Recruited and developed high-performing athletes including the college's first athlete to win a National Championship and represent the U.S. at a World Championship-Successfully recruited sixteen athletes who went on to win multiple National Championships during their collegiate career and beyond

-Created and launched weekly racing, youth, and community programs as part of the inaugural staff-Worked with local school districts to integrate science and sport by combining cycling with physics-Hosted safety clinics for local youth programs to instill safe cycling practices and encourage more kids on bikes-Created the Healthy Kids Zone programming which activated at the annual local festival to encourage healthy lifestyles and give away free bicycle helmets -Worked with local and national organizations to bring high caliber events to Rock Hill, SC including the 2012 USA Cycling Elite Track Omnium National Championships, 2013 USA Cycling Elite Mass Start National Championships, 2014 USA Cycling Elite Track National Championships, 2015 USA Cycling Masters Track National Championships, and the 2012-2015 Carolinas Cycling Association(CCA) Regional Championships
