Senior software engineer, technical consultant, and leader on the NATO Core GIS development and implementation team for the NC3A. Efforts include developing the solution architecture and software design; coordinating development, testing, and presentations; and integration and deployment of a large scale enterprise GIS solution that will serve and integrate NATO’s Geo, Functional Services, and General User communities across the NATO operational commands.

Supported the research and development, design, testing, and documentation for MOLE—a symbol generator and editor for military applications—and Military Analyst—a suite of data management and analytic tools for defense professionals. Developed training initiatives for ESRI products for defense users; and worked with many defense users and developers to support integration efforts and gather feedback towards future product releases.

CJMTK is the standard geospatial exploitation tool, data management, and visualization foundation for the DoD C2I Network Centric Warfare System. It is largey the adoption of Esri’s ArcGIS platform as the scalable open architecture and open development environment for DoD, incorporating industry Web services and data model standards. Responsibilities include: working with development teams from many system integrators in the United States, Australia, Canada, and Europe, providing key support, advice, and training to prime contractor Northrop Grumman and the constituent programs that use CJMTK for C2 mission systems.
