As Project Lead for the Jtekt Corporation, my work was primarily in training and educating our HR teams on leadership, development, and other initiatives that fit into our annual strategic goals. Specifically, I worked with the VP of Human Resources in the design and implementation of our annual Hoshin initiatives through the creation of SMART goals and KPIs.

Through the acquisition and rehabilitation of single-family homes, I was able to provide quality housing at below-market rent. As a sole-proprietor on this venture, I was responsible for acquiring capital, selecting properties, managing the completion of renovations, screening/selecting tenants, and ensuring maintenance of properties.
