Post COVID, we reduced our team to just 2 people, and launched 5 products in 18 months.

Developed a real estate strategy for the company’s autonomous car division (Level 5).

• Led product strategy and go-to-market for Commercial division with $3B annual GMV.• Launched Ten-X Finance (third-party financing marketplace) in May 2015.• Launched Offer Select (negotiated transaction platform) in March 2016.

Developed business plan and product roadmap for Auction Finance, a lending platform for online property sales.

Led sourcing and underwriting for flagship property acquisitions in San Francisco, New York and Los Angeles.

• Helped negotiate merger between Fitmob and ClassPass.• Formed Fitmob's sales team, which in 6 months expanded to 1,000 partners and 9 metros.• Managed lease portfolio of 50+ gyms, fitness studios and public facilities.

Fundraising strategy for micro SaaS roll-up with $5M ARR. Portfolio companies included Exceptional, RightSignature and Copper.io.

Identified initial customers and developed go-to-market plan for v1 product, including pricing and marketing strategy. Acquired by Siemens in 2018.

• Lead analyst on valuation/disposition of over 10 million square feet of property throughout the Bay Area, with a total market value of $2.5B.• Spearheaded development of San Francisco investment sales business, including deal sourcing, transaction management and due diligence.
