Kyle Latta is the Managing Director at Macadam Forbes. Formerly, Kyle was the Head of Asset Management at Downtown Development Group (DDG). Kyle had oversight of the operating portfolio in downtown Portland, the Pearl District, and a industrial portfolio in the greater PDX region. Prior to DDG, Kyle was the Senior Vice President, Regional Director for KG Investment Properties. Kyle handled the oversight of the entire Oregon region for KG. KG Portland Portfolio consists of approximately 5.9 million square feet on office, industrial, and flex properties in the Portland Metro Area. Prior to joining KG, Kyle worked on a three-person development team for Regency Centers in the Pacific Northwest. He was responsible for development pro-formas and budgets, supervision of consultants, regular meetings with city/county staff, lease negotiation, identification of potential retail development opportunities, acquisitions and more. Kyle also worked for Spieker Properties/Equity Office Properties where he managed/leased Class A office/industrial/flex space in the Portland Metro Area.
