With 20+ years of product and engineering experience, Kyle is a seasoned leader who combines technical, creative, and strategic skills to deliver innovative and engaging digital and physical products to the marketplace. Today, Kyle leads Technology and Engineering @ Walt Disney Imagineering and is responsible for developing and implementing the use of technology across all aspects of Disney's global theme parks, cruise ships, and hotel businesses leading a team of engineers, designers, artists and scientists that share a passion for solving impossible problems and building ground-breaking experiences. Artificial Intelligence, robotics, animatronics, AR and VR are just a few of the areas this team is responsible for developing.Prior to rejoining Disney, he was CEO and board member of Surfline, a private equity backed company at the center of innovation in Artificial Intelligence and computer vision. Kyle oversaw all aspects of the company's strategy, fundraising, product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and P&L globally. He also held senior leadership roles at Amazon, and and Yahoo!, where Kyle led the development and growth of subscription video services, games, mobile apps, and sports and entertainment products across multiple platforms and geographies. Teams he has led also received multiple awards and recognition for their work, including Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Daytime Emmy Awards for Muppet Babies, Webby Awards for Sports and Games at Yahoo!.
