To expand on my role within UB DECA, I accepted the position of VP of Student Affairs. This involves being in charge of the creation of student events, as well as creating social media content. To do this, I had to keep a strong line of communication between the president and the rest of the executive board to ensure that all member-bound communication was.

Within the Data Standards team, I conducted ad hoc data research and item volume analysis. Both of which were done with the goal of data alignment in mind. While on the Business Delivery team, I assisted with aligning product descriptions, as well as originating documentation for 6 unique vendor naming builds through SQL as well as the company's e-commerce.

DECA is a nationally recognized organization preparing future leaders for the professional world. On the advisory board, I work alongside all of the executive board members with organizing events, recruiting, and internal decision making. We engage our members through the use of guest speakers, community service, and social events.

As a Customer Service Representative, I handled customer transactions through a cross-functional database. Since TSB is a local banking service it is highly important that I not only provide effective service, but that I build strong interpersonal relationships with all of my clients as well.
